On Monday, Beijing had recorded nearly 940,000 border crossings by foreign nationals this year, with more than 236,000 admissions facilitated by visa exemption policies, including transit without visa of 240 hours, according to official data.
The total number of cross -border travelers in the entry points of Beijing in 2025 had exceeded four million Monday on Monday, which represents an increase of 23% in annual sliding, according to the general position of border inspection of the entries and exits of Beijing.
The recent increase in tourism entering China is partly attributable to the continuous optimization of policies without visa. To date, China has introduced unilateral visa exemption policies for 38 countries and has implemented a 240 -hour transit visa regime for 54 countries.
