Taizhou 2024 Tourism and Culture Promotion is taking place in Beijing on September 12.
On September 12, 2024, Beijing hosted a tourism and cultural promotion event dedicated to Taizhou. Organized under the auspices of the Taizhou Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports, the initiative was jointly supported by the Linhai Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports and The Ancient City of Taizhou Society. The event was coordinated by the Voice of Zhejiang radio station.
Nearly 100 participants took part in the event, including officials from the Taizhou and Beijing culture and tourism bureaus, representatives of Beijing travel agencies and journalists.

This dynamic development has led to the city being ranked among the top 100 most influential districts in China in the field of tourism for the seventh consecutive year.

A highlight of the promotion was the musical performance The Great Wall Across the Millennia, which highlighted the fascinating history and rich cultural heritage of the ancient city of Linhai. The piece established a symbolic link with the Great Wall of Beijing, creating a poetic dialogue between history and time, and arousing the admiration of the audience, who were swept away by the natural and cultural beauty of Linhai.
In addition, Taizhou travel agencies have designed tailor-made itineraries and set up promotional offers specially dedicated to Beijing travelers, inviting them to discover Taizhou without further delay.
