Legoland Shanghai Resort, the largest legoland in the world, announced on Monday the launch of its test operations from Saturday, marking the last stage before its official opening.
Selected guests will be invited to explore the park and refine the smallest details before the official opening on July 5. The attractions, restaurants, shows and hotel rooms will be tested to guarantee an optimal level of quality, creativity and entertainment.
The complex will open its doors gradually during this period, in order to collect feedback and provide the latest adjustments to offer visitors the best possible experience.
Located in the Jinshan borough in Shanghai, this 318,000 square meter complex is a theme park and a Lego hotel designed for children aged 2 to 12 and their families. It offers more than 75 rides, shows and interactive attractions, as well as thousands of Lego models spread over eight immersive “land”.
Shanghai, in eastern China, becomes a key investment destination for international operators of themed parks, wishing to take advantage of the boom in entertainment and travel markets in China. The creation of Legoland Shanghai Resort is a continuation of the success obtained by Shanghai Disney Resort.
