In Xinjiang, the Xinjiang literary Center Literary Center has become a new cultural showcase. Established in a Soviet style building built in 1956 and carefully renovated, it is distinguished by its dark green roof and its ocher red facade, fully preserving the historical and cultural charm of places – as if to tell the stories of the past. The literary center has workshops dedicated to nine resident writers: Wang Meng, Zhang Ping, Jidi Majia, He Jianming, Qiu Huadong, He Xiangyang, Ye Mei, Zhang Wei and Liu Liangcheng.
This literary center amply deserves its title of “cultural lighthouse”. He concretizes the will of Tacheng to consolidate his cultural attractiveness, to become a hub for literary and cultural exchanges between China and abroad, and to enhance the singularity and the richness of Chinese culture around the world.
