The action plan puts the “Action for Promoting Urban and Rural Residents’ Income Increase” first, and deploys a number of tasks such as promoting the reasonable growth of wage income, broadening the channels for property income, taking multiple measures to promote farmers’ income growth, and solidly solving the problem of arrears of accounts; researches and establishes a parenting subsidy system, improves the subsidy standards for some students, and appropriately increases the basic pension for retirees; expands the pilot projects in the fields of telecommunications, medical care, education, etc., promptly clears unreasonable restrictions on consumption, improves the negative list management model of market access, and fully reflects the policy ideas of encouraging supply innovation and promoting the effective matching of supply and consumption; Support the development of original intellectual property (IP) brands, promote consumption of animation, games, e-sports and their surrounding derivatives, organize and carry out a series of activities of “Purchase in China”, carry out the “Artificial Intelligence +” action, and promote “Artificial Intelligence + Consumption”; from the aspects of protecting the rights and interests of rest and vacations, encouraging innovation and enriching consumption scenarios, strengthening the construction of credit systems in the field of consumer rights protection and consumption, and improving urban and rural consumption infrastructure, promote the formation of a joint force of relevant policies, and strive to create a three-dimensional consumption environment with “time, scenes, guarantees, and facilities”, which will help promote the sustainable growth of consumption.
