The participation rate of people with disabilities in basic health insurance in China has remained greater than 95 %, according to official data.
In addition, more than 90 % of people with disabilities in China are covered by basic old age insurance for urban and rural residents, said Cheng Kai, president of the Federation of the Disabled in China on Tuesday, during a press conference.
